December Practices
There will be no practices from 12/22 through 1/2 because of winter break. Saturday positional trainings in December and during winter break will take place on 12/6, 12/20, 12/27, 1/3.
Practice Schedules
Please check your team page for your team's specific practice schedule. These schedules are tentative, if the host gym has a conflict, practice days and times can be moved. This will be communicated as soon as we know. Please complete 2026 Season registration and bring the appropriate forms (can be found below) to the first practice.

2026 Club Season Registration
All parents of athletes who have officially accepted positions on Countdown teams for the 2026 Club Season need to click the link below and complete our 2026 Season Registration.
This registration will walk you through purchasing all required memberships. All Elite and Select level teams will need both an AAU and USAV membership. National level teams only need an AAU membership.
Please bring necessary medical forms required for your team level. They can be found to the right.

All teams need to bring a completed AAU Medical Release Form (found below) to the first day of practice.
Only Elite level and Select level teams need to bring these additional forms below to the first practice as well.
